Reflections for My Soul is my way of paying it forward. My hope and desire is that someone out there will benefit from seeing how I was able to save myself thru photography and decide to do what gives them peace of mind and to save their mental health and ultimately their soul.
Reflections for My Soul is a glimpse into my life after Breast Cancer, my story on how I learned to become a survivor after the Breast Cancer went into remission.
Photography became my means of channeling all of the emotional ups and downs that Breast Cancer has left on my Soul. Photography is my escape. It is my escape from the negative thoughts that I keep replaying over and over in my mind.
Photography has become the outlet that works perfectly for me. I am now able to see the beauty in the world again. Which inturns helps to heal my Soul.

I am still amazed that in Arizona, the moon is out everyday all day. This is something that only happens on occasion on the east coast.

The Blueberries shown below remind me of the stories that my mother would tell about how her and her brothers & sisters had to pick blueberries to make money for some of the basic items that they needed.
This blueberry plant grows on the side of my mothers house.
